I printed that one out last week and was going to try and work it into my next practice. Hopefully it will help me to not turn my slide foot at an angle when I slide.

I was looking at my slide foot Saturday. The alley closed Sat night til Thurs to resurface the lanes. I'm having serious withdrawals.
Anyway, instead of watching my ball I was watching my foot. It was alright and the guys there said I was still hitting my mark lol. I'm hoping the great scores of this summer carry over to league..first league night is Aug 20th!!
