Lately I've been having trouble keeping my strike ball on the right side of the head pin. I either have to play very deep (even of fresh oil) or I have to throw the ball far faster than I usually do. Since my balance hole is directly on my PAP, I can see on my shots exactly how much axis tilt I'm getting, and for my normal release my axis tilt is just about 0 degrees off center. I believe I've read that more axis tilt would promote more skid, but I can't find the info I'm looking for. There's a ton about axis rotation, but info on tilt is far harder to find.
