Replacing some of my stuff

I am wanting to replace my mission 2.0 here in the near future. I have been leaning towards the DV8 Marauder Madness since its for medium-heavy lanes. I also have been thinking of Hammer Rythym as well. Should I get one of these are is there another ball that ya would recommend? Its not going to be no time soon prolly like for Christmas.

I happen have both the Roto Grip Defiant(Asymmetrical core) and the beserk(Symmetrical core)and really like both of them.

Out of those two balls I think I like the beserk better but still top two is either the marauder madness or the rythym

I would highly recommend the Seismic Raging Bull Stampede. Ball gets great lenght with good movement off the dry. Its real hockey stick like but aggressive as all hell. September and October 2012, the Stampede was reviewed by major bowling magazines Bowling This Month and Bowlers Journal. In BTM the Stampede was given the highest EVER rating for a heavy oil ball. Bowlers Journal gave the Stampede a huge 54 Hook rating, and tipped it as a finalist for Ball Of The Year. In BTM the Stampede was given the highest EVER rating for a heavy oil ball.

The highest for a Seismic ball at a 54 hook rating and all 3 testers gave it 9.5 for oil, The 900 Global Freight Train, C300 Wicked Encounter and the Lane#1 Stealth Bomber have a 55 hook rating and the 3 testers gave the Lane #1 all 9.5 also.

Not saying it's not a good ball though.

Your Right it did say 54, edited my post. Since Global does pour their stuff, Seismic, and Lane 1 i would expect them to all have super covers. In my opinion they are pouring the best covers in the market right now. So it doesn't surprise me they receive just as good ratings. Cant say much about C300 haven't seen many of their balls around in my area. Just trying to get the Seismic name out there. it doesn't seem to be known about to much in this forum.

Just trying to get the Seismic name out there. it doesn't seem to be known about to much in this forum.

While I can appreciate what you are trying to do getting a ball more known that video isn't all that convincing. It's nice to see unedited shots because we all know not every ball is a strike, but multiple 7-10's and plenty of corner pins that either stayed or should have stayed OUCH.

Not picking on seimsicbaer but I'm really sick of all the biased management reviews on the web. You can pull up a five star review on a ball and they are filled with reviews from members of the companies staff. All us bowlers typically want is reviews from everyday bowlers like us- not a bunch of crap talk we don't understand by paid staff. I just watched this video and the ball is leaving 7 and 10 pins consistently throughout - I'm not saying it should be all strikes but the ball did not seem to have great pin action based off the video and I know if it was my company I wouldn't release that. On the subject at hand Keith I would think you would be good with both of the balls so whatever one your leaning torwards go with your gut.

Demonman I have to say I agree with you on pretty much everything you had to say but one problem.... My gut wont make a dang choice lol.... As much as I want the DV8 I like the Hammer but vice versa kind of thing...I hate making such hard choices like this =\

i have a revenge and thinking of replacing it with a terror. why? so i can use the terror on all three games during league. plus i love the strong back end

I have a Terror. I know, big surprise. It's my new favorite ball. I even have been using it on all my spares. I layed it out 50 x 4 1/2 x 30 and it seems to like all my different releases. To pick up 6 pins I untuck my pinky, line up for a 10 pin, don't put any axis rotation into it and let it hook back to the 6 by itself. For the 10 I aim to the right, in the gutter, and let it do the work. It has a good hook and doesn't burn up anywhere near as easy as the Revenge.
