i seemed to get a lot more hook i thought u got less hook then

Sorry, not totally sure what your saying...

if you mean you lofted it further, this tends to get the ball to hook more because the ball spends less time in the oil and as such has less opportunity to burn up energy. if you are saying you are throwing faster, then yes the ball should hook relatively less.

no i threw it down the lane prob another 6 inchs and bam thats how i saved my last game lol

Usually less accuracy but lane conditions would dictate hook potential. If the heads are too dry and causing the ball to start to grab too early, skid then grab again. This can cause all sorts of problems. Lofting past this lets the ball skid, hook and roll at the proper time and in the proper order.

yea i see how it could be harder i guess i got lucky my last game then lol billf when u deep clean your bowling ball do you cover your holes?

I don't think it matters, as long as you let the ball air out it should be fine, when cleaning my ball i normally take an old tooth brush to the thumb whole the get rid of some of the dirt

Lofting helps delay reaction and moves the breakpoint farther down the lane.
