Sam, if you've changed in your style by all means post another video with multiple shots from behind as well as a couple side views. This one's not too bad, but I would say you need to bend your slide leg knee a little more at the line. Will wait for your next videos for an update.

f you don't have another video to load, what were you testing?

no it was a test, because I couldn't get it to upload on youtube,
after 4 attempts, I finally found out now.
All that changed in my approach, is I believe I have a slide now, I don't think I lift my leg like that anymore..

Also another thing that pops out at me, you're rearing up at the line. Try to stay down so you can roll the ball a little smoother. EVery time you "loft" the ball out onto the lane you're taking a bit of the roll and rotation off. The smother you can set it down the more reaction you'll get at the pin deck.

Oh, I get what you mean,
I try doing that but there is something I noticed when I was bowling, my shoulder is turned, left so when I throw the ball, it sometimes just goes to close to the gutter, when I'm trying to aim at the 12 board to the 10 board back into pocket, while standing on the 19th board. The ball was going out to the 2nd board or the 1st board, sometimes the gutter. :(
On the weekend when I was bowling, I had a 192 on the 10th frame, and on both frames I bowled a gutter because of my shoulder turning left... I still haven't figured out how to fix this..

watch your video again and focus on your "right" foot (your slide foot). See where it's pointing ? Here's the key..... you need to try to slide as straight as possible ( i.e.; right toe facing the pins or at least very little to the left). Your slide foot forces your shoulders to open up too much. If you can straighten out your slide that will greatly help you. You do want your shoulders open a little so your arm can get into the swing slot, but not nearly as much as what you're doing now. Each time after you throw the ball, look down and see where your foot is pointing. If necessary, try to force your foot to slide right. Take a few practice slides at first to try it, because trust me it's not the easiest thing to overcome a wrong direction slide.
get some practice doing that and then put up another video and let see how you're doing. Good Luck.

That slide is the "stick and twist". Guaranteed to open the shoulders up and everything else too!
That's an old video Sam. Where's the new form video?
