:mad: Has anyone else seen the new usbc awards keychains and think they are a joke and/or just pure junk?

The awards have been getting worse every year. Plus they did away with a ton of them a few years ago.

Strange. You said league wasn't for you. Surprised to stuck around long enough to get an award.
I checked the list again and I still don't see an award by USBC for picking on a disabled person so I wonder what award you earned.

I got one for a 225 game award... was not expecting it but it is kinda ok but it feels cheep like if i put it on my key it will get ripped off in no time. if it was metal then i think i would like it a bit more. Right now it just sitting on my book shelf

I got mine for 175 game and 200 game. My wife asked if I was going to put them on my keys. I proudly said no until it is a 700 series or a 300 game.

My Monday league secretary dropped the ball. Forgot my first 600, first 299, first 100 pin over average and two 700 series. Come to think of it, only 300 rings have been handed out in that league.

i got a 100 pin over avg in youth and few other things but they where patchs

I didn't think they gave any awards out anymore, except for only a 300 and 800..when I was younger they had a ton of awards, that they just don't have now.

about 2 weeks ago i got a 180 game pin and a 400 series patch still trying to get that 200 game but messed up now 3 times with 199-194-191

Haven't seen the keychains yet. I have pins, patches, plaques, trophies and magnets.

got a bunch of magnets and patches. havent seen the keychains yet. keep looking for my first 600 series but i just cant bowl on league nights like i can in practice.

I would be much happier with a keychain rather then the crappy magnets they handed out last season. I sure hope 600 series is still patches though because if its a key chain that would really irritate me.

All the series awards last year were magnets that looked like bowling pins. The only thing that wasn't a magnet last year was 75 pins over average and 140 pins over average which were pins. So i'm sure the 600 series will be a keychain this year. It doesn't matter to me though as I will not be able to get a 600 series award because my average is higher than 175.

I also think the USBC awards are a joke. These keychains are like something cheap from a tourist trap souvenir shop. I really wish they would send bowlers something useful instead of these keychains and magnets like they have been. It would be nice if they sent some bowlers tape or something. Or if they are set on a keychain, make it a bowling ball keychain kind of like what Storm does with the quarter and half ball keychains that are actually cool to have.

about 2 years ago i got a once in a life time award no clue how i got it i only shot a 649 series and it was a clock thing at first i thought it was something better
