That's my second game I bowled today. Bowled a 214. Bowled a 210 the third game. First game was a 157 I believe. Tried bowling that five board the first game but the five board never seems to work at my practice lanes well.
Btw, I skipped the first two frames of the game for filming since I was switching marks. Started with a 7/ (Left the 1, 3 and 6 pins) and a strike.

It looks like your moving to fast, which causes you to throw the ball to the left. Try to slow your feet and try to bring your arm a little more. Hopefully this will get you to have your armswing in time with your feet. Also push the ball forward on your 2nd step and see if that helps as well.

A few quick things:
1. Get the ball moving into the swing a split second earlier. This should help have the timing correct at the release where you are slightly late.
2. If standing in the middle is your norm, fine. Angle your feet slightly towards the three pin. This amount is different for everyone so be patient and try it combined with
3. Hold the ball to the outside of your body more. This should help bring the swing closer to your body so you can release closer to your ankle.
4. Add a little spine tilt to your stance. This also helps bring the swing in towards the body.
Combining these steps will help you get the ball out where it needs to be. Don't be surprised if it does change your axis rotation, ball motion and reaction and increase your rev rate slightly.

Well, I've been trying to speed it up because I had been throwing very slowly. I used to throw around 12.8mph which was just plain too slow. Also, I do push the ball forward on that second step. I'm actually working on pushing it out between the first and second steps to try to match my arm swing with my steps.
A few quick things:

1. As I just mentioned, I'm working on adjusting my approach so I start my arm swing earlier. When I get it right, it matches up really well.
2. I'll give that a try. Should help a lot in my earlier games.
3. That's another thing my coach has me doing. Holding the ball to my right side. Working on it.
4. Which way should I be tilting? Forward?
The one thing I continually to really have a problem with is staying behind the ball. My ball turns to burn up all it's energy before hitting the pocket.

For the most part your approach looks pretty good. As noeymc stated, that right leg coming down with your toe on the floor could help you gain a bit more leverage. Also at 2:50 on the video, you're shooting a one-liner and on that approach (after being perfectly balanced on the first ball) you lose your balance and fall to the right. "Usually" when you start to do this the light bulb in the head needs to go on and tell you that your feet were slightly ahead of the ball. Keeping a good knee bend at the line and that right toe on the floor should help you quite a bit.

Yea, that shot at 2:50 was partly me off-balance, partly me knowing as soon as I threw it that I was going to make the spare so I decided to just walk away and get ready for the next shot. I do that sometimes with my spare shots.
Also, my feet tend to finish before my ball does which is something my coach and I have noticed. As a result, my body is planted, but with my arm still swinging, it pulls me off balance to the right.
Today, my coach and I worked on a free swing. Push the ball out and just let it drop back and come forward without muscling it. I was getting the hang of it by the end of practice when I got a blister. Made a world of a difference. My ball wasn't rolling out and losing all its energy early. It was moving a lot faster. Felt pretty much no resistance or anything in my arm or shoulder and it felt great.

Your coach should be slowing up your steps just a bit so your ball gets to the line at the same time as your feet. Usually slowing your first step a bit will work. Also try to use the same approach on every shot. Don't try to hurry as it will spill over to your first ball and you'll end up having problems.

I'll try to post a new video soon. Working on something else to help keep my arm free flowing.

On your third step you need to push off with your right leg while keeping the left foot on the ground, then it will be like your third step is pushing your left foot into a slide. That might keep your foot on the ground instead of in the air like that.

My third step is my left foot. I'm not sure how I can make my fifth step slide from the third step. I think you might be miscounting how many steps I'm taking. I always don't really care about sliding on that last step.
And which foot are you talking about keeping on the ground? My right leg?

Yes your right leg. You want the toe of your right foot to remain on the floor on that last step. That will help tremendously with your balance and help give you more leverage. When your right leg goes up in the air it gives you too much bend at the waist (see video and stop it while you'r at the line to see this). Give it a try you'll feel much more balanced.
