What tools would i need to set up a ball for a dual angle layout if the pro shop guy here didnt know how to do it? I have the measurements for my span and my PAP. Many Thanks for the responses.

All you need to map the layout on the ball is a Pro Sect and a marking pencil.

Yes they are way over priced. I bought mine years back for like $30 new.
