Bowled in Wednesday Night Mixed League:

Threw my worst series since 11/21/2012 mostly due to the 2nd game, when I simply got off my game. I was far too busy socializing and rooting for the Flyers than focusing on bowling. But clearly, I managed to bowl better the third game. These were the things within my control that I mention. I prefer not to blame the lanes, but I did not have a steady line all night long. It was an ongoing battle. I'll do better because I believe I can do better.

had a great day today was throwing my c300 freeze 15lb and was going up the 3-6 board and was hitting the pocket nice games where.

This week I had a 736 series In my Friday morning bowling league. My games were 221+279+236 for the series.
I used my New Storm Sync (http://storm-bowling-balls.bowlingballgalaxy.com) with a 2000 abralon surface finish. I did have 3 opens today.

177-172-176 tonight in league. I'm actually happy with that since I was consistent. Had a few bad splits, 2 of which were in 10th frames! That really messed up my scores. But I think I'm getting back on track!

What a great night last night, too bad it was only practice. Started out with my one hand, thumb in delivery which I've been working on. 213 212 182 188 209. Not bad at all. My thumb started to get raw, so I decided to go two handed the rest of the night, as I have been working on that as well. I went off, 254 246 268 206. With the exception of a split in the 7th frame of game one, and the fill ball in the last last game, every shot was either a strike, or 9. If it wasn't midnight, and the place wasn't closing, I would have stayed to see if I can bowl a 300. I can only hope to bring that momentum to league Thursday night.

One interesting note, at least to me, was the ball I used. I originally had my Frantic, and my Outlaw in my bag, and my single ball bag was empty because I was supposed to pick up my VG Nano last night, after being re drilled with a Sarge Easter grip. I decided instead of the Outlaw, I would bring my 508A. I thought I could use the Nano with my thumb in, and the 508A two handed. The Frantic, I brought it because I never use it, and felt like it was a waste of money just sitting around. Well The Frantic was a bust, as usual, and the Nano wasn't ready to be picked up. So I basically had one ball to use, the 508A. I've never had success with that ball, aside from a game here or there. After dropping bombs with that ball, my buddy said to me "if you don't bring that ball Thursday for your league you are an idiot." I agree, it's in the bag right now, ready for Thursday.

well went to belleville to get some practice bowling in and dic very well highest series up there i bowled just like i did last saturday when i got 8 in a row at the end of the 2nd game and used same ballk to c300 freeze.

With my Marauder Madness, I hit my first 200 ever the other night! My games were 141,201,167 for a 509 series. My average is only 125, so I believe I did awesome!

well a bittersweet night I bowled well, no opens, 118 POA, in fact the whole bowled well. As a team we shot over ave. every game for 167 pins over on total and we only spotted the other team 32 pins a game, it was position night too and we were tied for 7th. We lost every game.

The other team bowled 286 pins over, they had a 169 ave. shoot 642 and a 151 ave. shoot 548

lost the 1st game by 21, next one by 23 and the last by 60

But we felt good we bowled well. , well next back at it.

After the 4th frame in the second game, both teams voted to move lanes because the one lanes pinsetter kept dropping pins and we were already behind all but one other pairing in our league. Good news was we were at the end of alley on 33-34 and only had to move over to the open pair, reserved for this scenario, right next to us, on 35-36. It took some time (and four opens) for me to adjust to the new lanes.

The third game I opted for the Black Widow on lane 36. The Black Widow has a little less hook but stronger back end, so I was throwing over the 4 board and it was coming in nicely, though only had one strike, I was able to leave second shot spares that were easier than what I was leaving on that lane in the second game.

Thursday night mixed league: 222 199 220. In warmups I couldn't get the 508A to kick the 10 pins, and I'm having trouble throwing the Marauder cause one of the finger holes is too tight. I picked up my VG Nano from the shop tonight. I've never thrown that ball 2 handed, I always thought it was too much ball. Well it worked great the last 5 shots of warup, and started game 1 great as well. Front 6, but then it seemed to get week. Left a split, a 4 pin, and the 2-8. Went to the 508A game 2, and as long as I threw it well, it was money. I have almost $400 in new balls, as well as balls like my Nano and Outlaw sitting around, all newer than the 508A. Here we are, a year after buying the 508A, and never liking it, now it's my favorite ball. Go figure.

Friday Senior Fun Day threw a 221-212-149 for my best scratch series ever a 582 and the only time I had 2 200s in a series. Tuesday my lunch n bowl 186-207-156 for my second highest series ever a 549. Been a scoring machine this past month alot better than my usual 144 average series and games.

Finally got a new ball so I can get rid of my 15 year old hammer. Well, the ball isn't exactly new but its new to me the pro shop said it was only thrown one day when the ball came out and then plugged and they have had it since and it was only $60 bucks with it drilled and inserts so I figured what the hell. I got a storm reign of fire and so far I love it.... I used it for the first time last night on my Friday league ( I almost didn't use it cause I know your supposed to practice with a new ball before you use it in league but im glad I didn't wait) my average is a 131 for an average 393 series but my first time throwing my new ball I got a 182,161, and 203 for a 546 series my highest series ever..... Im going to really like this new ball

not so well this week was having a hard time throwing my freeze it was under hooking and when i went to my 14lb balls witch are stronger balls and they did worse barly moving and i played muti lines moving in and out and not one would hit the pocket right.

For my league today I did the best I have ever done on this league. I normally don't do very well because the oil has been used a lot, but today i did great! I have a 111 average and today I bowled a 145 - 187 - 137 for a great 469 series. I hardly ever hit that high!

Practice last night with friends, 171, 200, 218. I was due for a bad game, and I had it with that 171. The 200 was a Dutch 200, my first ever. So in the last 10 games 2 handed, I have only 2 games below 200, and one of those was a 199.

the first game was tough as it was the first time ever playing on untouched oil, and through a couple gutters...haha.
and my second game the 9th and 10th had 4-6-7-9-10 and a 7-10 split...horrible..
and my last game i couldn't knock the ten pin out on the right lane....

Still struggling. Not sure why but I've been taking my back swing behind my back and when I go deep I haven't been getting my hips open enough
256 Pin up polished Revenge from 38 across 20 to begin. Had to keep moving and was lofting the gutter by the 7th frame. 187 with the Marauder. My go to ball didn't cut it tonight. That's when I know things are going bad. 221 with the Misfit.
Series= 664. Next tournament is March 16 so I still have time to fix what ails me.

Well we had another good week of bowling and this time we won 2 out of three games We lost the first game by 34 pins, we should have won that one too. But their anchor bowler (210 ave.) rolled a 296 and the rest bowled over ave. too (Though we all were over ave. also).

Not one of us on either team hit their average the first game. Threw strikes in the 7th, 8th, & 9th to salvage the second game. My teammate was bowling better than he has in weeks, only three pins under for the first game followed by games of 216 and 215, Swept all three games!

I bowled horrible on my Wednesday night league with a 104, 114, 108 (my average is 121). I am not making an excuse but the lanes were all messed up. Everyone was having trouble with them. It was my fault nonetheless, because I could not adjust to the changing lane conditions. I will have to work on that...

Bowled a 126 - 150 - 120 yesterday while pre-bowling for today's league. They had a tournament yesterday at my lanes and the lane guy forgot to switch the oil pattern back to ths, so I was not able to go down my normal spot. I had to stand and loft the ball out 15 feet in order for it to hit the pocket, but I still did better than my average all three games (my average is about 114 in that league)

It's been a LONG time (1990 to be exact) since I had that feeling.

I knew something was up in practice since my ball would change direction when it hit the back end. My ability to put the ball into a quality roll has been absent for a couple of months.

1st game I shot 233, well above my recent norm. 2nd game I started with the first 10, as I stepped up in the 11th, I felt a flock of butterflies, its like meeting an old friend you haven't seen in decades. I couldn't handle it, I threw a puppy dog. The ball just rolled over and played dead. 2-4-5. Spared for 287. Started 3rd game with a 10 pin spare, and 6 in the row, and threw another puppy dog. 2-7, only picked up the 2, then struck out for 256.

I know what you mean about the butterflies. Actually, I dont know what you mean because Ive never made it that far. Closest Ive been is 7 in a row, but around the 5th or 6th frame, I certainly feel the pressure. Its the only time I ever feel uncomfortable bowling.

My foot normally stops about a foot and a half short of the foul line, but the pressure is so great that one time I simply foot fouled. I have never, EVER foot fouled (well... Once someone else fell on the lane and dragged oil back onto the approach with them when they recovered. We thought we did a good job wiping it down, but my next ball, down I went. But I dont count things like that... Hahaha), but that frame, there was no excuse for it! I simply had a monumental brain fart.

Oh well... At least I screwed up the 10th frame with a split. In that game, I picked up the spare after the foot foul and then struck out until the 10th where I left a split. I dunno how I would have lived with myself if not for that 10th. Hahahaha

Made my adjustment just a little too late to crack the 500 mark tonight. It was encouraging, however to win 3 against one of the 3 teams we were tied with at 14-14 (6 games out of 1st). We're now 17-15 and we just so happened to win the first and second game, when I shot below-average and lost the third, when I finally beat my average. Just the luck of the draw, I suppose.

Lots of carry-down after the 8th frame of the 2nd game drastically effected the back-end on my Innovate - it was practically non-existent the 3rd game and I ended up throwing it more like a straight ball from the 4 board through the 3rd arrow and hoping for the best. It was a disaster. I struggled to pick up a spare far too often in that third game and take the blame for us falling back to 3rd place.

Next week will definitely be a week for shorts - no matter the weather - and a pitcher of Yuengling Lager.

(side note: after I post tomorrows scoresheet on this thread, I'll start next week with my own thread of scores as I've seen many others do the same. I look forward to more feedback that way, too so as not to clog this thread with excessive chatter.)

Many others are probably wondering the same. If they've chosen to "ignore" or remove this thread from any contests, why not just re-title it to "POST YOUR SCORES"? This will at least cut down on confusion and let us all know the truth behind this thread. But, I don't want to distract any further from the purpose of this thread. I'll be back to post my scores later after our Monday Night Mens League. We'll see if anything changes between now and then.

League Average fell from 171.93 to 170.61 (-1.32) while my USBC Average fell from 173.85 to 172.80 (-1.05). Just when it seemed I was making the right adjustment, I'd get a funky pin assortment. Glad I was able to make a lot of my spares tonight, but I was in a strike drought and the only time I was able to double was twice in the 1st game. Oh well. Not my worst night. A learning experience and I was able to improve my spare conversion rate. Next week in Monday Mens action we'll be bowling my Dad's team. That's going to be interesting. Haha! Looking forward to it.

Worked on both games last night in practice. Used the Misfit two handed, 201 203 182. Not quite up too my standards lately, but not terrible. I was flat out exhausted after jogging 8.5 miles yesterday, and two handed was tough to do last night. Then I pulled out the Marauder and went one handed, 196 195, then we didn't tur the scoreboards on, but I threw at least 10 strikes on my last 12 balls. Wish we were keeping score for that one.

My bowling lately has been sooooo up and down - one day its a 690, the next is a 590. Last night was no exception. The shot was pretty easy and I still struggled. 174, 183 but then figured it out with a 248.

Struggling with the DV8 Diva on a THS. Turns out I had to come up the side more and take a ton of hand out of the ball plus move WAAAYY left. Monday Mens 189, 171, 231=591
Tuesday Mens Scratch 232, 229, 187=648 I ran out of oil the third game. Score would have been better if my spare shooting was at a normal level. I left TWO ten pins! Oh, in the second game I guttered in the ninth frame after a four bagger! Luckily I spared it. I also opened in the tenth all three games!

Went to the lane early to post bowl for last week. Bowled 142-150-165=457. Not too bad considering the various aches and pains I was experiencing all day (slide knee, back and bowling shoulder).

Then bowled in league after. Bowled 125-164-164=453. Ok I guess. Had to make a lot of adjustments cause I was having trouble with an inconsistent hook.

All bowled with an Ebonite TPC Player from about 2005. I really need a new ball! Sometimes my carry is not as good as it could be and sometimes my carry isn't very good in the third game. The ball tends to hook early in the third game and when I move a little left to get back in the pocket my carry isn't as good. I really think a new ball would help with that.

Had an awesome day today. I just started using my DV8 Diva. Today's score started out slow 119 but then I found the groove bowled a 224 second game my highest ever, 165 for the third game with a series of 508. I even beat Jay today with that 224.

Yup. I was there and witnessed the whole thing. You did great and if you keep goin' the way you are goin' it won't be the last time you beat me...;)

We won all 3 games and took all 4 points from my Dad's team. It was amazing watching my teammate Tom G be our anchor for the the first time and in the second game, he threw 9 straight before leaving an 8 pin (spared) and finished with a strike for a 279 game. He hadn't started a game with more than 7 or 8 strikes before. Congrats to him, he missed a 700 series by 9 pins.

Personally, I boosted my league average 0.58 to 171.19 and my USBC combined average 0.17 to 172.97.

Nothing to play for tonight. Had the first half won and couldn't catch anyone this half before position round next week so a roll off the week after. Tried different stuff tonigh preparing for State this weekend.
Used the Diva from 3 to 42 (Derrick threw it once from 45, crossed 22 break at 3 for a flush strike). Anyway 210, 173, 225. Played deep at 14 mph and outside at 22 mph. I don't use a 90° axis rotation often so I used that anytime I played left of center. I picked up all my splits and ten pins but chopped a 3, 6, 10 and whiffed a 6 pin. Guess that means spare ball only practice Wed and Thurs

A somewhat ugly 665. I didn't really feel like I was on my game at least with my strike ball. I had 256,196, 213. I made all my spares and had one split. My spare game was very good. I didn't have a huge amount of area but I had enough. I started good and caught a few breaks the first game. I felt like I was taking my eyes off my target too soon. I spot at about 25 feet and about the third step my eyes move down closer to the foul line. This might seem to clash with what I have said here about focusing on the target, but I do focus as long as my eyes make the same movements at the same time every frame. I've heard that Pete Weber spots at 30 feet and his eyes also move forward, so I guess I'm not too weird.

Last season averaged 174 in league and only got one 600 series over 16 weeks. This season is like 14 weeks in, my average has fallen to 164 and I finally cracked another one. After working on some hand position adjustments I have settled upon a more hand under the ball delivery that generates more pace for me and is more controllable on our dry-medium track.
214 - 170 - 245 = 629.
What was pleasing to me is I only opened two frames all night in the 170 game. One of those was a 4-7-10. Looking forward to next week already.

Worked on corner pins off a full rack. First game was a 106. Second game wasn't much better. Then I said the hell with the slow everything down bit that I've been trying and just ripped the cover off the ball. Game three 39. Game four was just 7-10 splits. Only made 3 of 10. Odd how going slower can help with accuracy but kills my spare shooting.

Contemplated just quitting bowling for good on the drive home. Too frustrating for me?!? Instead I ordered a 3 ball roller and a Reign of Power from bowlingball.com LOL! Hopefully that ball will react in the heavy oil that we have during league play. My Misfit works great during the week when the lanes are kinda dried out, but during league it slides down the lane and never grips. When I get my new ball drilled I'll probably have the Misfit resurfaced too, sanded so that it will grip the lane more.

I just went open bowling today and threw too many games to remember. I originally intended to bowl only left-handed, but it didn't turn out that way. I also brought my right-handed plastic ball (spares) to have re-drilled for my left-hand, but since I had it, I was using it left-handed to pick up my spares. The guy I was bowling with said I should just throw that one two-handed. So I did, and I threw a 258. Okay... so much for re-drilling it! Then again, I came back and threw a 157 right after, so maybe it's not great after all. Overall it was a fun day, especially since I managed my highest game ever left-handed with a 218, followed by a 199. I must be improving or something.

Worse than that was the fact I was bowling anchor, pulled the ball on my fill shot in the tenth and left the 3-6-10. All three of of were trying to take the blame for losing.

The last game started out as one of those games where it seems like neither teams wants to win. The ladies I was bowling with really deserve the credit for winning the last game, stepping up and marking in the 9th and 10th frames so that when I got up in the 10th working on a double all I needed was good count if the opposing anchor bowler didn't strike out.

Last night was Cheetah. I rolled an 800 series. Too bad it was in four games lol
195, 238, 192, 215. According to the provided cheat sheet the preferred line is up board five. That didn't work for me. I had to play deep. Real deep. Lay down at 40, cross 18 with a break point at 4. If I crossed at 17 it went brooklyn, cross 19 I hit the 3 pin. Oh, and I missed the 7-10 split. That's three straight times I've missed it so due to get it again. BTW 10 of 11 on the ten pin.

Nice Job even if it is four games was it practice or league? Reason I ask is because my League usually has 3 games not sure if all of them do or not cause I never been no place else to bowl except Louisville, Ky and we don't have a bowling Alley out where exactly where I live cause I live in the country even though its getting built up out here in the town part but we still live in the country part more like the country burbs part there horse farms where I live but mostly five acres is the largest size acreage. But good job anyway Bill.

Pre-bowled for my Tuesday Keno summer league (another league banquet is Tuesday. 194, 275, 278=747 obviously a THS

Can't meet with my coach until Mid-May - still need to finish on Tues and then I can either sit (probably NOT) or go practice - which to do?

Nice going all u I hope I can get scores like your all's soon I meet with my coach for the first time Monday so I will have scores then cause I practice after the learning and Tuesday is league first part of learning with my coach we not going to keep score or keep track of the score then when the hour almost up then we gonna keep track of the score!!

Friday league my avg is a 139 I bowed a 151, 214 (my highest game ever) and a 135 got my storm reign of fire about 2 months ago and my avg has gone up 20 pins so far and im pretty steadily getting one 200 almost every week

195-163-195 had a couple splits and a missed spare in the tenth frame in that 2nd game. Overall a good week for me only 2 pins below average. Finally getting out of my slump with only 2 weeks left in league lol

Had a good look on the lanes. First game had a 238 left 2 stone 9's and a ten pin, all were converted. Got light twice in 2nd game with a 2-8 and a 2-8-10(my only open all night), left a ten pin which converted and ended with a 223. Third game moved slightly and had a good read, had another stone 9, another 2-8 and ten pin conversion ending with a 246 for a 707 series. Always happy with a 700. Also happy made lots of good shots and converted my spares very well. As a team we split. Lost game 1 by 20 and lost game 2 by 2.

Last night of Wednesday league...started with 198, 237 and ended with 139 - definitely shows what distractions, slow adjustments, and not having the equipment to adjust with does to a series. At least I placed in the sweeper in the first and second game. Now looking forward to coach day next Thursday...new coach, new league, new scores!

Chameleon, 39' fist game, Storm Natural Pearl outside 209. Moved deeper (lay down at 25) with the Reckles for games two and three 200 and 204. Then moved to laying down at the 40 with the Revenge for game four 238.

Looks like I do better when when I bet money on my self. Had a high game of 188 167 and 159 last night. At least I was getting some good looks but had some leaves ;/

Ranked 13th in points for the night, finished in 13th place for the second half.

The bowler with the most improved average for the season will be receiving a brand new ball donated by DV8, and the bowler with the highest total not to cash in next week's roll-off will win a second DV8 ball.

Ok Tuesday summer league lmao entering average 229 tonight 209, 130, 168 hurt myself at work today (nothing major) and couldn't uncup properly causing my thumb to hang up. So this is another week that my daughter will carry a higher average than me. She entered with a 235 and shot 278, 261, 289. Maybe I should clean her ball without telling her lol

Tuesday Night Have-A-Ball League and it sucked bad second week in a row ball would not hook that simple green stuff is wrong stuff to use to clean a ball I ask my cousin and another bowler suppose to just use alcohol only, well here is the scores 155-116-143 all below average but the first game.

Shark can do that to you, you know that you can't miss out side because it won't make it back to the pocket, so instead of trusting the ball to go over your mark you tug it just a bit.

Finished up our league last night with position round. We were sitting mid pack which isn't unexpected. Only took 3 last night so we will drop a few more places.

Had a good night and was nice and consistent all night. First game started out with a 10 pin leave, then a 4 bagger, a high 8 count leave, a high 7 count leave and then sheet for a 265. Second game started out with the first 3, then alternated 9 counts and strikes for a 237. Third game started out front 4 and then ran off 4 9 counts in a row(4 pin and 10 pin alternating lanes), made slight adjustment each time on each lane and finished with 236 for a nice 738 series.

Felt good all night and hit my mark. My first completely clean series in recent memory. I almost always have some sort of split(with my luck it is typically a 7-10 pocket).

Glad to end the season on a high note. Now onto some coaching over the summer and see what happens next fall.

Tonight was sweeper round / 9 pin no tap for the league final. They obviously didn't oil the lanes and after I switched from my Reign of Power to my Misfit about halfway through the first game, things got nice!

Last night was the roll-off for the DV8 challenge league. Basically anyone who had bowled in the league could participate in a 3 game qualifier to select 6 bowlers to compete against the 1st & 2nd half winner in single elimination match play. The cut was 571. I threw a 147 followed by a 193 and a 189. If only.........

Well I started off smoking hot tonight in my summer league. First game started with five straight strikes and ended up with 233, Second game had first eight strikes and (my most ever consecutive strikes) and ended with a 266.

I was on me way to my first 700, but the pressure got me after my second highest game ever, threw a 143 in the last, total choke...

Settled for my second highest game, most strikes in a row and my second highest average in a three game set and also raised my current league average to its highest ever - 192.

Some how I still left disappointed

Viper 37' high volume. Game one Natural Pearl straight up 6 for a 200. Game two tried swinging it a little from 10 to 6 with the Reckless 183. Game three went with the Revenge pin up 25 across 15 out to 6 for a 172. Game four was the Misfit 10 to 6 for a 176.
As you can see I spent the night trying different things to see what would happen. I know that when I miss my target on this pattern by a single board left, I will get a split. The urethane gave me the most predictable, controlled reaction as it didn't snap too hard on the back end like the other balls. To add confusion to the equation, the team we played had to straight bowlers using plastic pushing oil all over the place (they can't even roll a straight ball straight but we all start somewhere).

Tuesday Night Have-A-Ball League for 5/21/13, I had a lousy night but I am learning new things and trying them out learning a whole new approach the 5 step approach and how to slide and to not turn my wrist and Tuesday before the we started bowling and we was practicing my ball almost slipped out of my hand my thumb whole was too lose so bought some tape and put it in there and then my ball wouldn't hook until I took the tape out moved right a one board so here are my scores 88-126-123

Tues 05/21pm Series 565. 192, 202, 171 not disappointed in scores, but disappointed in the fact I didn't adjust in third game (may be due to equipment)

Throwing my Storm Frantic, standing on 35, and throwing over the 3rd arrow, got me a great angle to the pocket.

I know the lanes were truly dry. I was having a difficult time trying to hit the pocket I would have been
better in a 9 pin no tap except for the fact that i am also breaking in a new t-zone for spares right now too.
I don't know if trying to work with 3 new balls all at the same time is good or bad. comments please????
I have the brunswick slingshot which i have just barely got use to {love it} and I have the T-Zone which
i had to take back into the pro shop and get the thumb re slugged because it was falling off my thumb it
is working better now and this is only the 3rd time out for it. Last but not least we all know I now have that
well sought after special DV8 DIVA WHICH I JUST GOT DRILLED AND BOWLED WITH ONLY ONCE.
Maybe i just expected to much right off the bat and i need to slow it down and give it some time, better yet
i should practice what i preach .... PATIENCE! that could be the key virtue here.

okay last night was not so good at least i get to go try again today and see what happens, i am going to take all 3 balls
with me and really watch how each one re-acts and feels .... i am just going to go enjoy thowing the 3 of em and not worry
about the scoring and try to figure out if its my release that is complicating things or something else going on because my
average should have been around 142 or better not less when i bowled yesterday new ball or not in my opinion.we shall see
what we shall see and i will keep my pin pals posted.

Tuesday night lottery league:
Game one used the Storm Natural Pearl from 20 across 13 break at 8. 238
Game two I chose the DV8 Marauder from 25 across 15 break at 8. 256
Game three I used my pin up DV8 Revenge. A little dry for it but hell, it's summer league. Lofting left gutter cap, crossing 23 break at 5. 211 (threw a gutter ball in the 7th, converted the spare but still cost me 21 pins)

Had fun all night, we won all the points and I rolled a 705
I left before my daughter was finished but she was well below her 235 average. Going into her third game she was sitting at 457.

First 600 for the summer, and actually for what seems a loooong time.

Tuesday Night Have-A-Ball League My Scores for the Evening were 93-131-158 = 382, I forgot to take my morning medication so I was going through withdrawals because of that and it was extremely hard to bowl going through that.

2013 USBC Masters pattern tonight. Game one Reckless 249. Game two Marauder 271. Game three Misfit 272. Game four Hell Raiser Revenge (pin up) 227

I knew during warm ups that the HRR way too strong for this pattern as I warmed up with the Terror and didn't even use it in a game. I was the only one not playing straight up ten so I figured I may as well try it and see what I could do. The pattern is only 39' so it's too short for that aggressive of a ball as it burns up too much energy just trying to get outside.

Also, two of three on 7-10 conversions tonight ;)

Had the first night of the PBA Experience league. My first time on anything other than a THS, and I was NOT brilliant! LOL! I expected my average to be about 30 pins below my THS average, and that was about right. 141-169-159

This was on the Cheetah pattern. We will be doing 4 different patterns, each pattern for 3 weeks. The main thing I learned is that these sport patterns are unforgiving! When you miss your spot by 3 boards, forget about it! Really glad I joined this league though, I need to work on consistency big time :D

First night of TNBA doubles league.
My partner didn't show up , but his blind score was enough to take all three games as well as 5 match points.
I shot 190, 211, 171 and took 5 match points.
The VG Nano seemed to be snapping way too much at the end so I used the Hammer Black widow instead.

just got back from the bowling alley went up and only bowled 2 games to see how my wrist would feel after and it feels alright but still got abit of pain in my forearm witch i have had for awhile wrist is feeling alright but my 2 games where 157(getting the rust out) and 238 (rust was out of my arm and was throwing a nice smooth grate ball)

todays bowling practice score with the Dv8 Diva were 169/172/122
3rd game my bosephus was spasin due to fall on butt at foul line few days ago
ended up with contusion and embarrassment trying to bowl it off before starting
Wednesday night league but it still hurts badly at times.

Practice today I didn't turn my wrist but just a few times and the only time
I chicken winged my elbow was when we started the first game then I gradually straightened it
and by the end of the second game and 3rd game I was sliding and when I did slide I picked up my
spares so here are my scores the only problem I had was the ball went straight it didn't hook
well here's there scores 108-119-123
