Hi All. I'm new on here. My 15 YO son took a strong interest in bowling and actually made his high school team this year after only taking up the sport about 6 weeks ago. Needless to say we have been spending a lot of time at the local lanes. We have outfitted him with a couple of balls, shoes, etc. so he is set. All of this bowling, and time at the lanes, has rekindled my interest. I was never a hardcore bowler, but I did bowl with my brother in league for a few years, and my my wife in a couples league for a few years, back before the kids came along. Anyway, I have been bowling with my son and daughter on the weekends, so he can practice. We are having a great time and I have decided I would like to replace my old 16# Ebonite Predator with a new ball for X-mas. My wife told me about something she heard on ABC, that if every household buys at least a $67 dollar US made item for x-mas, we would generate some crazy amount of jobs. That got me thinking about my idea to have Santa bring me a new ball. So, I researched most of the ball companies, but it is hard to see where their balls are made. I think Motiv is the only one I found that promotes being made in the USA. Can you folks shed any more light on where the ball companies make their balls. It seems like they all offer good balls, so I thought I would look into US made products if possible. Thank you.
