Offered a great deal on a sling-shot ball your thoughts???

I need ONE ball for light oil,,,,, was given a REAL good deal on a sling-shot by James, the guy I bowl with. Would this be a good ball for dry to medium lanes?? Maybe a ball to go to when the oil starts going south!!

I would say go for it, i know a few people with it and it seems to work great on dry conditions. curious, whats the great deal? remember you will have to pay for plugging and redrilling, so it might not be as cheap as you think..... but ya, the slingshot is a great dry oil ball.

Well,,,, for the 5 man teams I did get the sling shoot! Your price was about what I paid! Mine was 117. with the vise system, and grips! I hope it works as well as it looks!! I got the red, and orange!! Will let you know how it turns out after using it on one of my 5 man teams!
