I'm 13 weeks into my league but i'll start posting my scores.....i forgot how to bowl tonight. First i couldn't keep my self from swing the ball way to far out. threw a couple gutters even...fixed that problem then i forgot how to make 7 pins :D.....finally got my act together and bowled pretty good and to actually win a game.

I'd also like to add how important staying positive and keeping your mental game strong is. the whole time i was making mistakes my spirits were high and all i could do was laugh. had i let it get to me, i wouldn't have been able to fix my self and bowl on point in the end. I've seen a lot of people (including myself in the past) let their anger an frustration get to them and bowl bad all night. it's just super important to stay positive guys! :)

still scores from tuesday nights...first game was a 159 i was just confused the whole game lol then i split in the tenth the last 2 games they could have been a lot better so i was a little disappointed for the night 234 222

went down to the bowling alley last night with my friend to throw some games for fun on the us open shot. having never bowled on that shot before or really getting much of a chance to bowl on sport shots due to money issues mostly i feel i bowled alright on it lol

159 and 187 kept my 187 game clean so i was pretty happy with it.

so yea i hurt my self again....this time it wasnt bowling (i've torn tendons in my forearm and elbow in the past) i hurt my elbow lifting weights the pains not as bad as it has been in the past when i hurt my self so i just took the week off from bowling and will see how my arm feels next week.

I must have walked right by you on my way out. Those were pretty good scores. the average for the whole league was only a bit over 170 that night.

Yea that shot is tough, jon sellers was telling me how it took him 4 weeks on that shot to even shoot a 200.

i hate bowling!

my arm was feeling better and i got a an elbow sleeve to help ease the pain i had a little bit of pain throwing the ball tonight in the last game but over all my arm felt pretty good i'm glad it's nothing serious! just have to keep icing and stretching it i guess....anyway

opened in the first frame then went back 11 second game went front 10 and spared it up on the 11th shot cus i like to choke and i completely lost my shot last game lol

shot my first 280 game ever tho out of all the years i've been bowling got every other score under the sun but never got a 280 before tonight lol

Thanks! yea i was lined up the shot was looking really good for me, i only had to move one board between the 2 games then game three my elbow started to give me a little bit of trouble and the shot completely dried up out of no where haha

guess i'm in a rut? two dismal performances...last week shot 188 205 207 this week shot 166 223 194 beat my avg once for both weeks don't know what's up but it's all goooood.

i keep taking time off from bowling. my arm has been giving me trouble but i think i got it feeling good enough to let me finish out the season. going to take the summer off for my arm though :(
