Forget chivalry. I'm tired of the free loaders. My daughter and youngest step-daughter have it too easy. No charge for room or board. They don't buy any food or drinks for the house, laundry soap, etc., etc., etc.. It's not like they are teens either (23 & 24). I was trying to help them out so they can save money but I'm really way past feeling like they're taking advantage of me.

I picked up a used Roto Grip Defiant. I have about 15 games on it and it was $40 for the ball and a re-plug for the thumb. Still trying to learn how to use it the best as I'm a cranker.

My girlfriend got me a pair of shoe covers. Brunswick brand, size large. They do not even come close to fitting over my shoes, and I only wear a size 9 and a half shoe! I guess I would take a size 2XL or so.

When I replaced the ones that I lost, the pro shop said to go larger than the recommended size, so I think they tend to run undersize. from what you're saying I'd bet yours were mislabeled.

The gift I got was unbelievable. My mom had a shirt custom tailored that has my name on the front, and a rack getting shredded. The material is real nice, and the sides of the shirt expand when throwing a ball.

Are you sure about that? Not saying your wrong, just wondering. It is plastic, and Bowlingball.com give it a perfect scale rating of 5, which is what every plastic/polyester spare ball is rated at. I know the Polar Ice is Urethane, and is a good dry lane, low reaction ball. Storm can be a little confusing with naming there stuff with similar names. That's why I liked Track, you knew what you were getting with the numbers. Of course, 2 or their latest releases have screwed that up, so oh well.
