After getting advice from my short video I decided to implement the suggestions i received at last nights league. Not a good idea you might think. The two things I tried were to get rid of the weird double pump on my push away.

Easy...I made sure my push away was the same every time...(4 step approach)dropping the ball into the backswing when my right foot moved each time. It was actually very easy and I didn't have any issues making the change...I was also able to use the techniques I watched on line to help straighten my arm.

Keeping my arm straight was a different story...not sure how i did at it but i tried really hard....my biggest issue with it was releasing early and having my shots go a little right.after working on it I think I really improved. I'm sure my backswing was low but after trying the advice I got here I was pretty confident.

Last nights scores........174....168....200.

These 500 series are getting more and more common for me! After I get my new delivery on camera I will post it.

Very nice, for the next video, have the camera behind you not moving far enough that we can see your entire body.

I want that 600 series Bill. I might of had it but in the second game I couldnt hit a spare to save my life. I only managed to get the score I did because I pulled out a great run from 8-10 to bump up the score. I'm excited because the Hellraiser should arrive today and I will get to have it drilled after my first real consultation with a pro.

Good job, keep working on it and you'll get better and more consistent.

I think I am getting more consistent with the straight arm but my wrist was sore and trying the new ball threw me off....still In league I had one game at my average (151) a 200 even (49 pins over my average!!) and then a **** poor 139...just fell apart I guess.

Either way Im excited and having a blast... Our team is in third and would be in second but we got creamed when I had a sub because of working league night...the last 5 weeks I have bowled we have taken 16-14-15-15 and 14 points out of 20 per night.

Winning is fun
