9 games of practice today. 3 each with my 900 Global Train, Storm Tropical Heat and 900 Global Hook. Alternated frames with each ball. I'm a 146 bowler in my practice league. My scores today were:

Train: 165-168-148=481 160.33 ave.

Heat: 186-168-184=538 179.33 ave The 186 game was my first clean game since I started bowling again last year.

Hook: 148-184-211=482 160.67 ave. The 211 game is my highest since I started bowling again last year.

My arm is completely dead right now and my back hurts but worth it. I'm really stoked about my scores and overall progress.

Forgot to add: the 538 set with my Storm Tropical Heat was my best 3 game series also.

Had to rush from juniors match to my league. Never felt comfortable. Went 153-130-140=423. Average of 5 pins under my average.

Pre bowled for Tuesday nigh. Just plain sucked. 125-135-115=375. 4 splits in the final game.

Bowled okay tonight. 151-133-170=454 (151.33 ave.). Started the night with a 4 pin advantage (144 to 140) over the next closest bowled for highest average in my practice league. Out bowled him. So i should have locked up high average for the league. One more week to go.

Final week of practice league. Bowled 155-147-160=462 (154 ave.). Averaged 10 pins over my average. My wife and I won the league. I finished with high men's average and she finished with high women's average. Successful league overall.

After my 16 year old son bowled series of 556 and 537 this past weekend I was ready to concede he was a better bowler than me. My average sits around 147. First night of my new practice league tonight I went off with games of 179-212-204 for a 595 series. The 212 and 595 are my new high game and series. Everything just felt good tonight.

They wife was having a bad day which effected my bowling. It's supposed to be a fun practice league, but if she's bowling bad I can't enjoy myself. Bowled 156-157-135=448. Way off last week but about average for me.

Went to the lane early to post bowl for last week. Bowled 142-150-165=457. Not too bad considering the various aches and pains I was experiencing all day (slide knee, back and bowling shoulder).

Then bowled in league after. Bowled 125-164-164=453. Ok I guess. Had to make a lot of adjustments cause I was having trouble with an inconsistent hook.
