Can't remember the bowler's name, but I saw this ball used on PBA team bowling this past Sunday! Looks pretty sweet and I personally wouldn't care about the color if I won it.

I see a lot of DV8 balls at our local pro shop, but only know one guy personally throwing one in league play. That's not enough to decide for me whether it is good/bad/indifferent. I wish DV8 would have a demo day, the way I had the pleasure to test 20+ balls from the full Ebonite line (Ebonite, Columbia, Hammer, Track, Storm, etc.) back in November.

The Ebonite Innovate has been a huge upgrade for me. I still throw my Jacked Raw Hammer (2 years old) and Hammer Black Widow (3 years old) but the Innovate has helped my average boost nearly 25 pins between November and January and now I'm hoping to carry it through the rest of the season and into states.

My honey would love this ball! She is a backflip bowler but she is getting pretty good. I wonder what the addition of a weight block would do to her game???

this is a strong ball, so the backup hook would be a fair bit stronger (assuming the ball is drilled for a backup)

So that's what it is called... One of my friends on my league does that, but he just uses two plastic balls we get free from the league

It's a pretty good ball from what I have seen (from the videos on bowlingball.com) and the colors are flashy too with that bright pink and black combo

Do you mean she throws it where the ball almost like it is spinning back towards the the approach?

I've seen some people that do that. Most of the people I have seen do that, usually ~40-45 feet the ball will start to grab and roll forward and that's when they get what 'hook' they have. generally not alot.

It's an unusual style but like anything else if you are consistent it can be worked to score throwing that way.

They have the specs for the diva, description of the ball, reviews from people who have thrown in, videos, and drill options. I always consult bowlingball.com when I have a question about a ball, whether it be one that I want, or one that I have seen thrown and want to learn more about. Overall it is a very great website with everything you would need for bowling.

I had posted the one post on my phone, but obviously it had not quoted what I was speaking of. I was simply replying to what somebody else had said, remarking on my bowling ability the past few months. A new ball would be good (I'm trying to win it for a friend) but it is also good to find a forum that allows for me to talk to other bowlers. I apologize if it seems like I am being rude, I do not mean for it.
