Thanks to all at Bowling Boards for the Roto Grip Shatter ball. Great ball, really like it and the reaction it gives me. Thursday night league, first game out-of-the-box was 300 !! Strike #11 was slower to go but it went, otherwise the other 11 were on the money.

gratz bob on the 300 game still waiting for mine to come to me but i am planning on getting a new ball thats alittle more agressive then my freeze just in chase the oil is longer and more volume just like today.

Thanks everyone. As I've told many people before, that elusive 300 game will come when you least expect it, as I did last Thursday. It's just one of those nights when everything just comes together and it happens. After many false starts ( several 279 games and a couple of 299's) my first 300 came after 30 years of bowling. So I guess patience is the right word. I know guys that have been bowling only 2 years and had a 300 already, but that's not the norm.

For all of you chasing that elusive game.........wait......it'll come. Thanks again.

And oh by the way Bill already spoke to Norm and told him I'm after his record !!

had a 297 a couple weeks ago in league. Shot looked good but nooooo it decided to knock down 7. Congrats on the 300 though :)

From one old timer to another congrats. I am still looking for my first 300. Highest score for me was a 276. Had all strikes but a spare in the 8th frame with a dropped ball. OOPS! I'm still going to be trying anyway.

Old timer for sure ! Yours will come. If you've been that close, it's just a matter of time. It's funny that all of the conditions have to be there, you know the Sun and Moon in alignment !! LOL Just keep your focus going and watch...... it'll happen.
