Nice Bowling, your timing might be slightly late, balance looks good (keep your foot on the ground :)) and stay down at the foul line until the ball hits the pins.

The lucid looks good going down the lane, what do you like/dislike about the ball?

yes, my timing is late in this video, and my approach is slow, i am in the process of being coached so im getting used to a few things. i have some other clips on my iphone i will eventually put up.

Bill, it has healed nicely, i keep my bowling to no more than 3 games 3 times a week and it is working out great!
