So as I age, of course certain parts of my body are not what they used to be. My wrist has had pain in it the last year or so and is typically only really present when I bowl until I get warmed up and then is OK. While I was on vacation the last 2 weeks I bowled only one time. Went yesterday for some practice yesterday and my wrist is in some pain today. Since the pain has been manageable I hadn't really researched wrist supports, but now I think I am ready to look into using one.
I have tried using a Robby's regular wrist support, like this one LINK (http://shop.bowlersparadise.com/robbys-leather-original.aspx), in the past and did not like the feel of it. I am thinking maybe as a start trying an ebonite pro form glove like this one LINK (http://ebonite.com/products/product_detail/pro_form_positioner_glove) or one of the more supportive ones like this perhaps LINK (http://shop.bowlersparadise.com/ebonite-z-loc-2.aspx).
Planning to stop into the pro shop sometime this next week to see what they have and to "test drive" some.
Any other suggestions are welcome.
