Getting back into the game

Hey all,
Been out of bowling and away from the boards for a couple years but getting back into the game this year. Decided to join a mixed league with my lovely wife and probably going to join a men's league too.

Looking forward to bowling again.

Yeah, been out of bowling for a while and just getting back into it. Joining at least a mixed league this year but looks like the men's league is questionable now. My hours have been switched at work so working later making it difficult to get to a league in time.

You could always sub when time permits

Yeah, I've been thinking of talking to the guys on my old team to see if they need a sub and go from there.

subbing is how I got back into the sport after a long break.

It allowed me to bowl in several houses in different leagues so I could find the Alleys and leagues that I enjoyed.

also is easier cost wise. in this area league subs don't pay to bowl. so the only cost to me was sanction fee. and then of course if the team did beer frames or cards or stuff like that.
