Yes ICEMAN works all,,, parts of the body at the YMCA! I do waist up 1 day, then next day lower half, and do cardio getting the heart rate up every other work out! I am lucky I am retired, and have the time to do a good workout! I do NOW FOCUS on Wrist, Arm, and shoulder exercising, to enhance my bowling skills. Also squeeze basketballs to build my grip up! Stretching routine, also very important!!

I don't do any exercises just for bowling. I try to do some Yoga stretches at least every other day. I also try to take 20 to 30 minute walks with my wife. Haven't been doing to much of that since she's been having foot problems most of this year. As a carpenter I still get a fair amount of exercise, both physical and mental, just from working.

I don't do any specific exercising for bowling but I do cycle a lot which strengthens my legs. That in turn helps out my bowling.

I am sure cycling, builds up your wrist, shoulders, quads, calf's, ect ect!! Great exercise for many body parts..

I don't work out for bowling, per se, I try to stay in good shape for a thousand other more valuable reasons....but it most certainly helps with bowling.

I do P90X and its variants, ride mountain bike, do HIIT and Tabata workouts. They all just contribute to better physical conditioning. It helps greatly with long bowling sessions and tournaments, where I used to have pulls or get tired or sore. Now it doesn't bother me at all and I can bowl all day.

I also make sure to do some good stretches before any bowling. As I age, this is paramount for avoiding injury and it also helps to speed up warming the muscles and that's a quicker way to get in the groove.

Without getting to far in the weeds:
Day 1 Chest: Focus Flat/Incline/Decline Bench
Day 2 Arms (bi/tri)
Day 3 Back: Focus Dead Lift and Rows
Day 4 Legs: Focus Squat

Take 1 day a week off and pick up cycle were it was left off. Diet is basic 5 small meals a day with emphasis on protein.

My philosophy: All sports require you to train HARD. Lift heavy and often......you would be amazed at how quick you no longer have any issues with back/knees/wrist/elbows/shoulders etc. while bowling...

I just have a lot of sex...with women. Good cardio...gets the juices flown. Good lower body workout...good upper body workout.

Just gotta make sure their husbands don't come home early...cuz they start swingin baseball bats...you could seriously injure your bowling hand.

Don't train specifically for bowling. I also do P90X, and I've found the yoga and other leg/core workouts for that really help with the balance and stability aspect of bowling.

I chase tourists, murder transients, flee from the police...your usual exercises. I use to be in a fight club, but the first rule of the fight club was...well, I can't say.

Due to my lower back issues, my chiropractor has me doing exercises to stretch the muscles in my hips and lower back. The entails laying on my back and crossing my legs, then pulling the crossed leg toward my chest. I do this on both sides. The I sit up in a chair, cross legged once again, and press the inside of my knee downward toward the floor. This helps stretch the hip flexors...

Well played!! But no. I bought a GTA a loooong time ago...either the original or II....hated it. I don't like games where you have to follow stories. I like FPS games online....where ya can do anything ya want. But not "story" games.

The GTA series is an open world sandbox game. The missions are only there if you want to follow the story line.

Try the powerball - that is what I use to build up wrist, forearm, etc.: http://www.powerballs.com/

That is loosely related to bowling exercise to me. I do other exercise but not for bowling.

I play the power ball every week...it doesn't seem like exercise though...just a waste of money since I never win.

Can't win if you don't play right? Can't lose if you don't play either. But not that kind of powerball, over.

Do 12 oz curls count? That is my best bowling exercise - bicep workout, liver workout and pain killer - a literal threefer.

I'm not a typical gamer though, as I have been building my own PC's since I was 15 :)

I'm only ever gaming at night anymore. I'm so busy during the day with bowling and other things with friends.
And also, I'm from Michigan.
