First thing I noticed was your timing is off. You take your first step and then push the ball away. My suggestion is to push ball away and step at same time. This will give you better timing.
Just my $.02 watching the first 2 segments.

Hard to tell with some of the angles but generally it does look like you're late getting the ball into the swing but timing looks almost right at the top of the back swing.
I'm not sure if this has any effect but you stand up as you start walking.

I'm not sure if this has any effect but you stand up as you start walking.I saw the timing comments, as well. Despite the big delay between the first step and the pushaway, the armswing catches up. It looks like that first step is slower than the others, but it's a little hard to see with the video. Other than that, it seems you're keeping the balance hand out and shoulders pointed at the target. You look familiar with "DYDS," too.
I noticed that the ball goes behind your back a little, which coaches say is something to avoid. You can try moving left on steps 2 and 3 in order to fix it. I'm not entirely convinced that it needs fixing, though. Maybe that's another thing to discuss with your coach.

For a right handed bowler, when the ball reaches the bottom of the back swing, your weight should be on your right foot.
When the ball reaches the bottom of the forward swing, your weight should be on your left foot.
When the ball reaches the bottom of your backswing, your weight is on your left foot.
Your timing is off by a whole step.

"When the ball reaches the bottom of your backswing, your weight is on your left foot."
Okay Mike, Which one is right?
In the four step approach as taught by level one coaches, for right handed bowlers the ball drops into the swing as the right foot touches back down on the floor at the end of the first step.

They both are correct.
The first line is talking about what he should be doing.
The second line is talking about what he is incorrectly doing.
Think about the approach as if you were able to stop each time the ball reached the bottom (both forward and backward)
On the way back, you could stop and be balanced on your right foot. Your left side would counter balance the weight of the ball.
On the way forward, you could stop and be balanced on your left foot. This is only possible because you slide
your right leg to the left side of your left foot, counter balancing the weight of the ball.

i dont think my timing off my buddy vince would have said something if it was off that much i think what you are refering to is the normal but you forget everyone is different my speed is slower then most peoples in my approach if i did the rule of thumb and started the ball when i started my timing would be early

You're free to think whatever you want.
I know almost everyone is different, mainly because almost everyone is self taught.
If you started the ball on time, your feet would move faster with the same arm swing time.

Ah Ha!! There's your problem. Nothing good can come of having a friend named "Vince". Always a bad idea.

Why put a video up if you aren't willing to listen to anything someone says about it. Several people have commented on your timing and you rebuffed each one.
