In the last 3 years, since I got Parkinson's, my avererage has dropped from 180 to 150. This year, I'm getting more revs and more forward roll than ever. The problem is that my feet are getting to the foul line before my arm. When I try to correct this by slowing down my approach, I completely lose my balance. I also like to go high in the backswing. That's the only way I can get decent speed and maintain consistant accuracy. I usually like to stand 2 to 5 boards left of the center dot and throw it over the third arrow, out to the 5-board and back. Sometimes I'll stand dead center and go straight up the second arrow and in. My ball speed ranges from 10 to 13 mph. When I miss my target, 75% of the time, I miss to the right, but when I get tired, I'll pul it left. I primarily use an Ebonite Persevere with the pin center/up. For dryer lanes, I'll use a Blue Hammer (Pin slightly off-center/up). I also use an Ebonite Matrix Dynasty (pin center/down). That one seems to have the most length and a dramatically sharp late break. Finally, I have a Hammer Black Widow Pearl (pin very much off-center/up). This ball hooks way too much for me to control. Any ideas on how to improve my game? thanks.
