Looking to get a new benchmark ball- IQ Tour Fusion vs. Reign On.
Currently using Reign Of Power, but it is a little to early on the house pattern I bowl on although I love the movement.
I suppose I could just get both, but just wondering if anybody has any thoughts? I know that the IQ Fusion is not available in the US yet, but I could have sworn I saw somebody using it in the recent Japan Cup....

Pros can often get balls to use in tournaments before they are officially released. Helps to drum up interest in the balls.

Trying to decide between the IQ Tour Fusion and the Reign on is like trying to decide between a pickup truck and a sports car. The only thing that they have in common is a hybrid cover material. The Fusion is low rg (early roll), low differential (only affects the high rev guys), and has a polished surface (which shouldn't even be considered 'cause it's so easily changed). The Reign On has a high rg (get it down the lane), high differential (still only affects the high rev guys), and has a dull surface (which IMHO makes no sense at all). I haven't tried the Fusion yet, though I do have one ordered. I use the Reign On alot, but immediately changed the surface to 1500 with Step 2 polish (Storm's usual box finish for pearls and hybrids).
