stay down on the shot at the line rather than straightening your slide leg and coming up out of it. This will help keep the trail leg down.

Honestly I don't have much negative to say about your delivery. As far as the whole "stay down" thing, I see you in the proper position right at release. You then come up and I think it is a result of your lifting up and through the ball. Since it doesn't result in you lofting the ball 10 ft, I don't have an issue with it. Your hop step looks near perfect and at least from the back it looks like you have good spine tilt going into release. Your balance is good throughout and you post the shot well.

The slight negatives: Right at release I think you are expending too much physical energy. If you are fairly new to two handed you may be able to relax more the better you get at it. Keep your eyes absolutely riveted on your target especially at release. If you keep your head still and level, which you would have to do to stay focused on your target, I think the result will be a more relaxed delivery. Right now you are still wrenching on the ball quite a bit at the point of release. You're young so you can get away with it, but it is not ideal.
