Looks painful. Dr. Mudpuppy recommends 3 shots of two fingers tequila, a bacon cheeseburger and 6 games of sport shot bowling.

This picture reminds me of a funny story.
Several years ago I had a coworker that had just bought and Endro bike and he took it out trail riding one day. As he was riding he was trying to climb over a tree in the path it threw him off and he caught his sack on the brake lever. The next day his balls were that big. I took him a few weeks for all the swelling to go down. Luckily for him there was no lasting damage. Just alot of temporary pain and discomfort getting around for a while.
His new nickname became BIG BALLER.

That looks like a conventional drill on both balls. Why not the tri-grip ?

When you got balls that big between your legs, it can be ANY GRIP YOU WANT!!
