so i am still not behind/ under my ball and he said thats ok we will work on that at a later time

my timing was off by about a half a step

but we worked on closeing the door at the line if you are able to watch tommy jones thorw a ball in slow motion look at his hips hes open then closes them right after he lets the ball go

and i need to push the ball slightly left again to get it striaght

remember bowling is always a work in progress and theres always somthing you can do to help your game bad habits are easy to start i had the ball going stright last time i went and seen him but this time i am back to my old tricks lol


also got to see a video of me from last year compared to now my back swing is a lot higher and i look more polished then i did last year

Yes, that's the truth and the quicker you get someone qualified to see that and make a note of it the quicker you can get it out of muscle memory.
