that big slice of man on the left was me 2 years ago, i struggled with alcoholism, struggled with knee & back pain when i bowled, and was on cholesterol and BP meds. i took 2 years off bowling to sober up and in doing so wanted to get healthy too. i used Advocare products and managed to drop 116 pounds over the course of 2 years and have recently started doing CrossFit. since my return to bowling this year i have ZERO knee or back pain and it has changed my approach TREMENDOUSLY! with the weight loss success i had people starter asking me questions about how they can do the same so i enrolled as a distributor and personally coach people on their weight management goals. Advocare has a vast product line of over 80 products that all do exactly what they say they do and all products are Informed Choice certified to be banned substance free. if you would like help hitting your own personal goals in health let me know, #safe #effective #advocare

No great feeling than becoming a completely different person after losing so much weigh. knocked off almost 80 pounds by just eating right, no fast food crap and some exercise. Pain you had is gone, you're able to do more and you look more better. Just so much to list all the good stuff.

Congrats dude
