Thank you for posting. I am still trying to learn how to roll the ball properly. When I hold it too long the ball hooks left or hooks right when I release too early. My problems are further complicated when I fail to swing my arm straight back and I am told it looks like I am trying to throw a discus when I swing forward. You video helps me visualize what a proper swing looks like.

Awesome video. I play that line. Your breakpoint is 2-3 boards right of mine. What is your ball speed ? Mine is 16-17 mph.
