Well it's not a some big technical treatises, but it's fun watching the guys try to explain the dual system. :D

Update Regarding the VAL angle around 8:00 it should be:
The smaller the VAL angle, the more quickly the ball will rev up and transition. And the larger the VAL angle, the slower the ball will rev up and transition.
