I have used this layout on a Vertigo, Razor Wire, Second Dimension & Special Agent previously. With the cg kicked out 80° makes this ball have a smooth but strong move in my hand. And for the price point of this ball, you can get a rock that can perform with balls of a higher level.
On a 42’ house shot, this ball allowed me to start around 10 and bounce the dry. Once the lane broke down, the chase to the left was on! I had success with the Street Rod solid and Furious but I never tried this layout on either. The coverstock upgrade is a great match for today’s oil viscosity.
After watching a range of players using the Wipe Out, the core and cover match is allowing flexibility. I’ve watched bowlers from the 250-500 rev rate just run the pocket over with this ball. This is a great pick up for league or tournament players.
Take a look at this ball and don’t just pass on it because it does not cost $250. As the Beach Boys and Fat Boys once sang … WIPE OUT!
