finally after a month of trying I got the back up ball to work

been working it for about a month finally tonight I did it, it did not hurt like I thought it did. it is going to be a much welcome to my game and well need for those 10pins that drive me nuts.

some people are very successful with this method, and i know a few bowlers that only use the back up release with surprising results

I been watching a guy that uses it for his strike ball release. good bowler, good guy and the centers manager. i done it a few times before I really started working on it by mistake while trying to throw a straight ball. just need to work on it more to get it down fully

i used to bowl that way as well and i have really tried to avoid it and teach my self not to do it.
