Getting reaady to start back bowling after my bypass surgery. To get ready I drilled up 3 more balls to strt back. For my Friday league which has increased volume of oil to lower the scoring pace I drilled a Motiv Covert Revolt 70x4 7/8x60 @2000 abralon. For my Monday league I drilled a Motiv Cruel C51 60x5x30 and an AMF N'Krypton Code 60x5.5x60

Good to see you getting back into the GREAT SPORT of bowling!!! Take care of yourself,,,, Watch what you EAT and Drink! Stay away from all forms of suger as much as possible, eat organic eggs, meat, and vegetables! It has transformed my life Bud! RA/Lupus, high blood pressure, past injuries broken neck, and herniated disk, LOL,, just to name a few.
I feel better NOW after lifestyle changes then I have for MANY YEARS!!
