Wow, If I could get that much pin action I'm sure that would happen to me

Bad break.... but I would trade that happening once a year for that much pin action all the time :)

Soooo...how did they score that? Was the pinsetter even able to pick it up? Was it in the same spot when it landed that it was originally?

See...I ALWAYS watch all the pins fall down before turning around and walking back because no matter how unlikely...in the back of my mind I'm always worried something like that would happen.

What was his expression after he realized it was still standing? And what the hell country is Lietuvu??

That was the head pin, that bounced off the 4 pin, and appeared to stand near the 8 pin spot.

In team bowling, the pace is fast enough, that you can't tell if this is practice, or competition.

Appears to be in actual competition, if you look at the score machines they are active and scoring more than just strikes.

Some of the newer pinsetters will pick up and place in same spot, even when out of range.

Lietuvu is likely Latvia. Just like USA doesn't put their team name in Chinese, the Latvians put their name on the jersey in their native language.

I seriously had something similar happen today to me. Hammered the ball into the pocket and had the 7 pin bounce back in between where the 7 and 8 normally would be.

That almost looks photoshopped to me. In any case, if it's real it's a huge fluke.

No wonder it got that kind of pin action look who
was throwing the ball it was Bill O'Neill and all of
those pins decided to get even with him. LOL!!!!

Would have been scored as a nine. As long as the machine didn't knock it down He would have had to shoot it where it ended up.

Wow, that looked like the head pin off the wall and stands as an eight pin. The spot for the 8 is like 3 feet back from the 1 pin. That pin must have been new, with a very flat bottom ( no wear or rounded ). Good find.

Lol.....can you imagine that happening on a shot to win a tournament? I'd probably just crumple up in the fetal position on the approach for a few hours....

Oh yeah. I remember that. Bill O'Neill I bet was really ticked off. Imagine if that were to happen on a 12th shot for a 300 game

Talking about a bad break, have you ever seen that clip of the guy's 12th shot and the rack comes down? Look up horrific bowling accident on youtube.

Funny thing about that rack clip is that he is the one that caused the rack to come down. hehehe I think he gave wrong lane when he called for help for another lane or something.

Too unlucky. That had to be much worse than Ryan ciminelli leaving a 7-10 in the 10th frame that costed him the viper title in last season's wsob
