Got to throw my Christmas Hammer Black Widow Legend

Threw the Legend for a couple hours tonite. THS 40' of oil. This ball, for me, didn't like the down-and-in shot. Just couldn't get it to behave. Once I moved inside of that, standing around 18 and swinging the ball to around 7 that the ball began to show me what it could do. My coach liked what she saw.
I'll have to wait a few weeks to see what it does in league. Think it will make a better ball to switch to when the fresh oil breaks down. We shall see

Many of the high performance balls these days don't really like(as you discovered) a down and in shot. They perform their best when you are crossing between 13-25 at the arrows and let it skid through heads and then they ramp up their power and drive to the pins. Glad you figured a good line with it.

To throw across the grain is why I got this ball. It's not my strong point to my game, but I need learn it.
