well, as the title says, i had my first coaching session. went well, lots of one and two step drills. finally managed to et my head around a four step approach( been doing a dodgy three step) turns out i was nt just too short on my approach, but was also onthe wrong part of the lane, i was sarting just left of the 20th board now i'm at about the 16th, but i was also aiming down the wrong part, at the centre arrow now the third. could feel myself bowling better already, well worth it. looking forward to tuesday league night. got to be better than my first ever outing last week. couldnt break 115 in any game. realised i was bowling too hard and fast when my arm was aching at the end of the night. i'll let everyone know how it all goes.
