So with the sponsors that the PBA has, do you like them or dislike them?
I got tired of seeing WRW eating at Denny's every commercial, but if you pay enough why not I guess.
What are your views of the sponsors and ads?

I agree but, it is just crazy how the PBA keeps saying there trying to make things better, but I have to say what is up with the marketing people, how can other sports keep rolling in sponsors but bowling can't land a good one.

I think being a major sport like the PBA is that some better known sponsors would come up.

Denny's commercials got old fast. It's an ok place to go if everything else is closed, I guess.
I don't get the "Liquid Lumber-daters" ads. Exactly what is "utility grade flooring?" It'd look good in a garage? I'm sure bowlers are swarming their stores in droves fighting for the best new flooring.
Let's bring back some of the fine sponsors we've had in the past like Odor Eaters and Cambridge Credit Counseling. After Jackson-Hewitt left why didn't H&R Block step in?
Maybe they need to get some more fine products like CLR. Might I suggest tough actin' Tinactin, or Cruex? ;)

Everyone knows that sponsor dollars are like gold. Sponsors have to utilize the most visible avenue to get the most bang for the buck. NASCAR has attracted little known sponsors that because NASCAR attracts more viewers than most other sports. If it wasnt televised, the sponsorship dollars would diminish. I think its because of the high viewership of other sports is why the PBA has difficulty attracting sponsors.
A question I have is this: Why dont the ball and equipment manufacturers funnel some of their funds into the PBA broadcast? It would make sense that if your viewers are participants in the sport, wouldnt you want them to buy your equipment? I understand there would be conflict of interest if the tourney is sponsored by Storm, but then couldnt they advertise during the commercials?
