Just starting up bowling again after 20+ years

Hi, Just found out about the forum, and thought I would join. Hopefully i will learn some tips to help me get back to my old 150 average although I would like to get to around 200 average. :)

Step 1 find a local coach you can work with. There is nothing better than knowledgeable pair of eyes watching you and giving advice

Thanks, I found a Pro at the Bowling Alley that I go to. I am going to be hiring him to assist me on getting to my goal of bowling better and more consistent.
