i live within a couple hours of Kegel Training Center. I am a new bowler and although I've had some pretty good games and after just completing my first league my average jumped 40 pins. My problem is even if I bowl a good game for me (160+), I feel I'm just doing it all wrong. Bad timing, bad balance, inconsistent follow thru and retched release technique. I've had games where I was happier bowling 130-140 and everything felt good than when I've bowled 180-200 and just felt like I was doing everything wrong.
So my question is, am I too new at this to benefit from an advanced training center like Kegel? I've been thinking of taking a couple one day training sessions to hopefully learn things right before I spend so much time doing things wrong it's an uphill battle to unlearn them. It looks like a fine training facility but since I haven't developed a consistent release and approach I'm wondering if that makes it harder for them to find my true flaws and set me on the right path.
