Both balls appear to be the same except for color. Both use the classic looking lightbulb core (called the Truth Symmetric Iceman have something to do with that name.).

Coverstock is a Hybrid, 2.48 RG, Diff. .040, Finish 4000 Polish

"The AZO trademark is being used under a licensing agreement by BowlersMart from Storm Products, Inc., the owner of the trademark. These two Legit balls will be the foundation of a series of introductions built under the AZO trademark in the coming months. As you’ll recall, the AZO brand is not new to the bowling marketplace. But it has been on “the shelf” for a while, waiting for an opportunity to be re-introduced to the consumer. We’re doing just that today with the announcement of our AZO Legit series. These balls will be sold to distributors and purchased through pro shops and online retailers. We are currently signing up distributors and reaching out to pro shops to make them aware they are available.

With the introduction of the Legit Red/Purple and the Legit Emerald/Fire! The Legit series brings authentic, proven performance to the mid-price level in the AZO lineup. A predictable rolling Truth Symmetric Core has been engineered for late mid-lane performance, and can be drilled with standard symmetric layouts. Layered with a new Strong Arm Hybrid coverstock designed to create legitimate traction, the Legit series is best suited on medium oil lane conditions. The Legit is finished off with a 4000 grit polished finish, creating exceptional length through the front of the lane, paired with an aggressive backend finish that will show the opponent AZO is the real deal. More competition is always welcomed. Good to know that more stuff is going to be available to us even if I never plan to buy it. It should help other manufacturers lower pricing or raise quality or both if AZO makes a strong return. Not there is really a huge issue with either price or performance right now though.
