I want to try changing the grips in one of my older balls that I don't use much. How do you determine the size of the grip. The ones in the ball have a number on them but how does this translate to what I am finding on the bowling accessory sites? Any thoughts on this?

The numbers correspond to the size of the grips.

For instance, mine are 41 for my middle finger and 11 for my ring finger.

That translates to 41/64 and 11/16 size.

41/64 and 11/16 are dinky, also for most people the middle finger is larger than the ring finger.

If I saw those numbers on a spec sheet, I would need to confirm.

Right, I got them switched. I know I am 11 and 41 though. Dinky or not.

This helps a lot, but if I could actually read I would not have had to ask the question in the first place. I thought on of the numbers was a 28 and I could not find a relationship for it, turns out it was a 23 - which makes great sense. One is 23 one is 21. But then I figured out the ball was drilled for my left hand not my right. Right hand ball is 23 and 11. Now I gotta make a decision.

Thanks so much for the info.
