Can anyone help determine what the fractional numbers are by the fingers on this drill sheet?

1/4 and 3/8 on each finger

Is the 1/4 reverse pitch? And 3/8 side pitch?

The sheet shows #/8 left and !/4 reverse on your middle finger and 3/8 right and 1/4 reverse on the ring finger. Because I don't see a number for lateral on you thumb I would presume they are using 0 for lateral and 1/4 reverse

I'm hanging in there. Bowling like crap but life goes on LOL. Just an FYI but the pans on the sheet and just cut to cut not your total spans
