My longest wait was 9 months. I eventually had to call USBC to see what the hold up was and they told me they sent me notice in mail, but I never received anything. I finally got in habit of checking Bowl.com to see when it shows up in accomplishments to just make the call to Keepsake for my reward on my own. I already know I have to pay for any future awards, so don't have to wait for notice in mail to come or not.

I used to get them back for my bowlers in 3-4 weeks for my Friday League. I had them fill out the paperwork that night, Faxed it to the assn. the next morning and they would mail it Monday morning. The only time there was a problem was very early in the year while certification hadn't caught up yet. Or over the Christmas, New year 2 week shut down by Keepsake.
