i will have to go with the kinetic energy cause i was able to shoot my best set to this point with this ball this year with a 264-201-269 for a 734 series....the mutant got me my first 11 in a row last year too 222-279-181 for a 682.....

the kinetic energy is my favorite ...took the place of my mutant..
so which ever one i shoot my first 300 with will take it,s place but the kinetic energy is my favorite at the moment
with the uprising closing in....

Although the kinetic energy is a great ball, big backend; I would have to go with the tantrum. Execellent length with great arc off the breakpoint. Hopefully the 505c will replace it when it arrives.

Without exception, I'd have to say the Xception. This ball just had a different look than anything else I have rolled.

Brunswick balls are not Track balls.

I have to go with Kinetic Energy. Definitely one of their best post-Ebonite balls.

I have a PEARL STOMP. Had it resurfaced not too long ago ( 3rd owner ). Used it on light oil 9/22/09 and shot: 255, 244, 185... 684 series.

It's an old ball, but still hits 'em HARD! Keeping this ball in my bag.

Mine would be The Rising. Pro shop owner gave it to me for the cost of drilling to try out. Worked with it most of the summer last year then shot 298 with it in November. I dont use it much anymore since the Virtual Gravity came out...

Updated post....

I have a SUPER FREAK that had dead surface issues. After coaxing and a little nursing, it's beginning to show signs of recovery. Shot several 200+ games in practice so far.

Every time I think "I'm gonna throw this ball away!", it seems to end up back in the bag. :D

Now for me my WORST Track ball was the Assassin. For me it hit like a wet marshmellow. Plugged and redrilled it for a team member that had more ball speed than me and he shot 300 with it. It's all a matter of matching up

I drilled him a NIB one later and he shot 00 with it too. However I out averaged him by 25 pins. We used to call him wagner cause he painterd the whole lane. He was the quintesential grip it and rip it.

For what it's worth i have drilled a few 505c's for customers and have gotten very good feedback about that ball
