Hi Everyone, Hope you are doing well!

My name is Will. I just started bowling this year(2016) when a group of friends and I decided to join a local social league which I have really enjoyed. I am now looking to improve my skills as well as join something more than just a social league where most people are averaging under 100.

Currently I own a 15lb Hammer Viral and a 15lb Pyramid Path, and I am averaging around 145 with a 180 high a few weeks ago.

I have been reading a lot on here for different tips, and as a new person I decided to go ahead and see a USBC coach in the area as I did not want to form bad habits that I couldn't overcome, which greatly helped my consistency.

Let me know if you are aware of a good league in the area, and I look forward to being a part of this community!

Welcome to the boards and to bowling Will! Sounds like you got as hooked as I did, right out of the gate! That's awesome that you got a coach so early on. I know that will help you out a lot!
Good luck in your search for a good league.

Thank you! and yeah, I got pretty hooked. Did a lot of research in December and decided to hit the ground running. If I am going to do something, I am going to do it right.

Hey JJ, That is actually who I saw, and plan to see again! He was very knowledgeable and a great help; you can tell he knows what he is doing.
