What are the main ball/s that you are throwing these days?

I've been mainly using my IQ Nano Tour and Haywire, with the Haywire my main ball at another house. But with the Fight in the bag, the Nano has taken a seat. Since they brought in the county tournament, seems the Nano hasn't been working as well. I'm sure its more me than the ball or shot.

Roto Grip Haywire, won it here, bowling with it 7 weeks, 42 league games, averaging nearly 230. See my scores thread for more details. :)

Mostly my Nano, but the Fight is creeping up. I don't bowl on conditions that fit my Jab well.

Pyramid Pathogen, averaging 205-210...I'm loving that ball!

The Critical I won around the beginning of January came in last Thursday, can't wait to get it drilled and add that to the mix!

My current arsenal includes: Mastermind Scholar (Oob finish), Melee Jab (with 500/2000 surface - no polish), Radical Ridiculous, (500/3000) surface - no polish), and LT 48 ( 500/light polish/4000). Just Purchased the Radical Ridiculous Asym... hope it is a valuable addition.

My favorite ball now is my Jackal Carnage. I also have a RotoGrip Unhinged and a Haywire which I won here and a Storm Pitch Black when the lanes dry up.

Mostly my Brunswick Mastermind Einstein 4000 but the Storm Virtual Gravity Pearl Nano OOB still get some play. I redid the surface on my Hammer Arson Low Flare to 4k plus polish and I hate it and I haven't had the time to resurface it yet. Seriously considering adding a Brunswick Soul Mate and maybe a Rave On

The Forza and Shock are still my main go to's. The Forza Redline I just had drilled is definitely going to sneak into the chatter though. That ball is strong!

Mainly using Haywire to start and Disturbed later in blocks if needed. I do go to Nirvana and Hyper Cell if need to get a different reaction or carry.

Start off w/ my Hyper Cell as my benchmark ball and then will move to my IQ Tour Nano for more control or a different look if the Cell gets out of control. This has been my setup for the past year.

I currently use my RotoGrip UpRoar(lighter oil to medium) or Mastermind Genius when I need more finish. I am looking forward to the Melee Hook I won to see if that is a better fit between the 2.

Just like many others here it's all about the Haywire. I also have a 900 Global Respect but it's kind of dead now so it's polished up for my spares. Unhinged sits in my locker at the alley in case I just want to drop by but it doesn't get much use

I've been throwing the Hectic mostly as I rarely play on heavy enough oil for the Lock.

IQ Nano and HyRoad mainly. IQ Nano first. Have a couple others I can go to if nothing else is working, but if I can't get either of those running it's usually a long night.

I just purchased my first ball on Saturday. A ebonite cyclone 15 pound.

My 8 year old son chose a 10 pound Columbia 300 white dot in a color he liked.

Looking forward to learning the sport and progressing. We joined a father son league that starts in May.

My first and only ball thus far: Ebonite Cyclone. Been in a senior league (63) for a few months and am starting to see the occasional 200+ score.

I'm more than anxious to try something different, just to learn what other balls can do. I do think that the Cyclone was definitely the right place to start.

Now, what to get next....?

Haywire, Cyclone Gamerbreaker (limited release) & Vintage Danger zone(sweet piece).

Have fun with father/son league. Always a good time when you spend time at the lanes with family

I (and many others) usually start with Cyclone or the Tropical Breeze. Pretty much standard first ball purchases. It's a good ball to start learning your hook as it isn't too strong a ball but just enough to get you some hook action.

I would resist the urge to get another ball unless it's a spare ball. More important than racking up balls is to learn proper way to bowl (from approach, release, hook, etc).
