It's simple
1-Sign up for facebook.
2-Go to the bowlingboards page
https://www.facebook.com/bowlingboards
3- Find the contest post.
4- Click the "like" button on the post.
5- Post a comment and #a friends name on the contest post.
6-Click on the share button and share the post with a friend.
