For me it's 5 miles and 10-12 minute drive. Quick highway jaunt.

That's mainly the reason I chose this place. I bowl a 3-4 times a week and would be a drag to drive any further to bowl especially when I have been turned away a couple of times due to no open lanes.

I think Aslan has the closest alley as it's just a hop and skip away

My winter league is about a mile away. I started bowling there when I lived in a different area and just happened to buy a house that was really close. My spring/summer league is about 5 miles away.

Probably like 3 miles. Turn off my street, make another right and follow that road all the at down to the center. Easy 7-10 minutes trip

Let's see... The one for my Tuesday league is about 18 minutes away, my Thursday league is about 30-40 minutes away (depending on traffic) and my Sunday Travel league could be anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour away.

I have an alley that's 1 minute from my house but I have never bowled there lol. Its a 6 lane house and has wood lanes but they have leagues every night.

The alley I bowl at every weekend is 25 minutes away. I love it because they play 70's disco music from sirious radio and reminds me of the glory days of bowling. They also have speedometers, so I can always see how fast I am throwing my ball. This alley also has a busy nightclub with a DJ every Friday and Saturday. So it gets pretty busy and I like the hot scenery if you know what I mean :p

5 minutes from work, 25 from house. I have a couple of closer ones, but the convenience of leagues after work (and how the owners treat the alley/league bowlers) is why I stay there. I'll open bowl closer sometimes.

The center I bowl at is less than a mile away from me
it takes maybe 3 or 4 minutes to get there.

My evening league is about 4 miles from home (about 10 minutes w/traffic). My morning league is about 30 miles from home (45 minutes if I leave before 6:30 am, but that's why a group of us meet for breakfast). When I practice (which is rarely, lately) it's usually at the lanes nearest the house - or where I am working with a coach.

15 minutes for home. Practice lanes are 25 minutes away.

The only center in the COUNTY is four minutes from my house and six minutes from work. So it's almost the halfway point so I just go to work early most nights after bowling and work late Sunday mornings so I can stop for league on the way home. Yes, I can be that cheap that it seems like a waste of gas.

I'm envious of those who have multiple centers within minutes of them.

I hear ya bill, the only other centers besides ours that are close to me are at
least 40+ miles away in all directions from here.
