Just 1. That alone is $124/month

2. Tues/Thurs, and maybe make myself available as a sub for a couple others. Tough to do any more than that with other obligations though.

Wednesday Men's League, Saturday Night Mixed, and every other Sunday Travel Leagues for me. I generally end up subbing some also.

Wow, that's pricey. Our "standard" leagues run 18-20. Our scratch league used to be $27 if I remember correct.

Around here in NY most leagues are in the $25-$32 per night range. I would say the average is about $30.

Ep my Fri. night league pays $9.70 for lineage what do you pay in N.Y. and is that why you league pays so much?

I'm committed to four leagues this fall! What did I do to myself??? LOL

I'll be bowling Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, along with Travel league on every other Sunday. I may be splitting time with someone in the Travel league, so I may be only doing that one once a month, but on the Sundays that I do participate, I'll be shooting nine games between the two leagues. Oy!

I may bowl two leagues this fall Thursday night and Tuesday
morning senior league but more than likely I'll probably end
up just bowling on Thursday nights.

All set for one league each on Mon, Wed and Thurs
thinking of adding back to back on Tuesday night, only going to do it if I can bowl both leagues

I have decided to only commit to one this season and I'll sub in the other two I bowled this year. I said the same thing last year though lol

I will be bowling three, and possibly four leagues this season at two or three different bowling centers. I must admit to being a little concerned about Thursdays, as I will be bowling in a four-game Senior Trios league at noon, and a three-game fun league with my wife at 6:30 p.m. What, am I crazy? LOL

Will be bowling in two leagues this fall. One I will be secretary for so it will be free for me (yeah, you can do that). The other is an evening league that is $18.00 a week plus a $1.00 for the banquet at the end of the 34 week season.

Good bowling everyone.

I will be bowling in two, Sunday morning and Tuesday evening. I was going to do a 3rd, but just started a master's program and need the time to work on that. I may sub for the one though.

Hoping to do my 2 this fall. Tuesday competitive and Thursday fun league.

Our team had a falling out with captain and I think some are just not gonna bowl it any more. Will likely just need to find a team to get on if I want to bowl on Tuesday.

Well, since my job situation is still up in the air, I figured I'd just sub again on Wednesdays and Friday nights.

But, my old Tuesday night team lost two players and I like the people on that team...so I may commit to the 6-month season with them and if I have to quit...I'm sure they'll understand. Besides, that league lets me use my average from that league which is about 30 pins lower than "highest book"...so that'll help as I readjust to those conditions. I was hoping to convince them to come to the center next door to me...save me 20 minutes on the freeway...but the older guy on the team will never go for it.

I was thinking now that my days are free, I might join a Friday AM scratch league...the most competitive league at the house next door...but I think thats jumping the gun a bit. I'd need to at least show that I can average 202 or better on a THS before taking that plunge. So, probably just continue to sub on Wednesday and Friday evenings.

Lineage around here is only a few bucks more than that. I'm deciding between 2 leagues. Ones a 4 man in an AMF house the other is a 3 man in an independent house. Both are $30

After not bowling for almost 20 years, I had no choice but to join a league and be paired with strangers. I have made some really good friends as a result.

Edited to add, "Oh, and I'll be bowling in 2 leagues this fall."

The beauty of third shift

I will be a regular on Sunday Morning Trio, Monday Men's Minor, Tuesday Men's Major (scratch) and Friday morning fun. I am on the sub list for Tuesday morning, Wednesday evening, Thursday morning and evening, Friday Nite Fun, both Saturday evening leagues and Sunday night. Living 5 mins from the bowling alley and my stuff always there makes it easy to sub at the last minute.
I would have signed up for more but a friend was talking about starting his own team at another center if his old team didn't stay together. They did so maybe next season. I already bowl two leagues in fall/winter and two in the summer with this guy. I also lived with him years ago when I dated his mother so we are pretty close.
