View Full Version : Just realized I have only purchased two balls from PSO

My Cyclone (first ball ever) and a spare ball (which PSO had to order because he didn't have my weight in stock)

The others were carry in balls I either won here or received from "get a ball" leagues. I figure PSO isn't making any money off the balls but drilling so he probably doesn't care one way or another (his ball prices match online)

I order online and usually go drill myself. Used to have a shop drill them and even then I would order online. Considering they still charged full price for drilling even if you bought the ball from them, it was cheaper to just buy online and save the tax.

What is the going rate around the country for drilling a new ball?
How about plugging and re-drilling one.

Around here it's about $50 to drill a ball then grips and slug are extra about $20.

If we purchase from the pso drilling is included and just have to pay for grips and interchangable thumb. Otherwise between 35 to 40.

It's about $60-65 for drilling with slugs at my local PSO.

I've only bought two balls from my PSO as well, but he's drilled a dozen for me, plus I've updated my grips on many balls thru him. He's made a few bucks off me.
